3. Deposits & Payments
- A deposit is required to secure project scheduling
- Stage payments may be required depending on project size
- Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed work
We reserve the right to pause or delay work if payments are not made on time.
4. Cancellations (Construction Services)
- Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus costs already incurred
- Once work has started, payments made are non-refundable for completed stages
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project details
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the site
- Obtain any necessary permissions (planning, building regulations), unless agreed otherwise
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Supply chain issues
- Unforeseen structural problems
- Events beyond our control
7. Workmanship & Liability
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill.
- Any issues must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery
- Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
8. Digital Products
We sell digital products such as guides, plans, and downloadable content.
- All digital products remain the intellectual property of Four Oaks Builders Ltd
- Purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal or business use (not resale)
- You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share these materials
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our digital products

- Accessed

Exceptions
